Location: Windsor Locks, CT

Compensation: $24-$27/hour based on experience

Employment Type: Part time, on‑call shifts ranging from 6 to 12 hours, often overnight.

• Perform all tasks related to snow removal, including operating ATV plows, snow blowers, snow shovels and e‑pokes (salt spreaders).
• Work with Sidewalk‑Crew Leaders as a team to efficiently and safely complete each assignment.
• Remain on‑call from the first snowfall of the season, performing shifts as required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines with minimal supervision.
• Have a smartphone to download and use the attendance tracker app.
• Have dependable transportation.
• Must attend and pass required training and a background check.
• Able to lawfully work in the United States.
