Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Level 3 leadership training required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Substantial commercial snow and ice leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating crews, sites, and routes during snow events.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-event planning and ensure crew readiness.
• Conduct pre-shift huddles and communicate plans and safety expectations.
• Direct crews, sites, or routes and manage resources during events.
• Monitor progress, timing, conditions, staffing and documentation.
• Coach team members and escalate issues when needed.
• Participate in after-action reviews and implement improvements.
