Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC is hiring On-Call Snow Supervisors to lead snow and ice removal operations during winter weather. This role is seasonal and only active during events.

You’ll oversee snowplow crews, monitor weather, plan responses, assign routes, and operate equipment when needed. Travel may be required; paid travel, hotel, and per diem are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record — no serious violations or multiple accidents within the past 5 years.
• Valid CDL Class A or B (preferred)
• Pass a DOT drug screen, and MVR review.
• Be willing to travel to snow locations and stay for the duration of the event (hotel, travel time, and per diem paid by DCS).
• 2+ years of snow removal experience; leadership experience a plus.
• Must attend an 8-hour in-person snow training before the season starts.
• Work is needed, depending on winter weather events determined by VDOT.

You’ll oversee snowplow operators and laborers, make sure roads stay safe, and may also operate equipment when needed. Travel may be required for out-of-town work — paid travel, hotel, and per diem are provided.
