Job summary

DCS Asset Maintenance, LLC (DCSAM) is seeking On-Call Snow Supervisors to lead snow and ice removal operations during winter weather. This seasonal role is active only during events and may require travel to snow locations, with paid travel, hotel, and per diem provided.

You’ll supervise snowplow crews, monitor weather, assign routes, operate equipment as needed, and ensure safety and compliance. A hands-on, team‑oriented approach is valued and travel logistics are covered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record — no serious violations or multiple accidents within the past 5 years.
• CDL Class A or B preferred.
• Pass a DOT drug screen and MVR review.
• Willing to travel to snow locations and stay for the duration; hotel, travel time, and per diem paid by DCS.
• 2+ years of snow removal experience; leadership experience is a plus.
• Attend an 8-hour in-person snow training before the season starts.
• Work is event-driven, based on winter weather and VDOT needs.

Job Description

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is hiring On-Call Snow Supervisors to help lead snow and ice removal operations during periods of inclement winter weather. This role is seasonal and only active when snow or ice events occur.

You’ll oversee snowplow operators and laborers, make sure roads stay safe, and may also operate equipment when needed. Travel may be required for out-of-town work — paid travel, hotel, and per diem are provided.
