Gonzo Bros Landscape is seeking a Snow Shoveler to join our winter crew in Minnesota. You will shovel, clear and remove snow from sidewalks and entryways, ensuring areas are safe and accessible for clients and tenants. This role requires reliability, endurance in cold weather, and the ability to work with a team.

If you are prepared to be on-call during snow events, maintain a strong work ethic, and handle longer shifts when needed, join our team and help keep properties safe throughout winter.

If you’re ready to work outdoors, handle tough winter conditions, and take pride in keeping properties safe and accessible, we want you on our team!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shovel, clear and remove snow from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, parking lots and designated areas
• Keep properties safe and accessible for customers, tenants and staff
• Work efficiently and follow directions from supervisors
• Assist with other snow and winter site work as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather, including extreme cold, snow and ice
• Must be reliable and on call during snow events
• Flexible availability, including the possibility of shifts longer than 8 hours
• Physically able to perform demanding outdoor work
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
• Dependable and willing to work as part of a team
