Job summary

Tender Lawn Care in West Michigan is hiring Snow Shovelers to help keep sidewalks, entrances, and driveways safe during winter storms. This is an active, outdoor role with an immediate impact on property safety.

You’ll shovel snow, spread salt, follow safety protocols, and work on-call hours including overnight, mornings, and weekends. Previous snow removal experience is a plus, but not required, and proper cold-weather gear is needed.

Qualifications

• Physically able to lift, push, and move snow up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable and flexible for winter weather shifts.
• Previous snow removal or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
• Own proper cold-weather clothing.
• Valid driver’s license.
