Job summary

Tender Lawn Care is seeking Snow Shovelers to clear sidewalks, entrances and other outdoor areas during winter storms in West Michigan. This active, on-site role requires physical work and reliability for on-call shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be physically able to lift/move snow up to 50 lbs.

Requirements:

• Physically able to lift, push, and move snow up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable and flexible for winter weather shifts.
• Previous snow removal or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required.
• Own proper cold-weather clothing.
• Valid driver’s license.
