Treasure Valley Landscape is seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to join our winter operations team as On-Call Snow Crew Members. This flexible, seasonal role offers hourly pay and the chance to earn overtime during snow events while helping keep client outdoor spaces safe.

Responsibilities include shoveling snow, applying de-icing materials, and supporting equipment operators. Flexible hours, background and drug screening, and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability — able to respond on short notice for snow events.
• Physically fit and able to perform outdoor work in cold, snowy conditions.
• Experience with snow removal tools or equipment (preferred, but not required).
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused team player.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (if operating company vehicles).
• Willingness to complete background and drug screening.
