• Follow assigned routes, site instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain equipment, report problems, and work effectively with crew leaders.
• Respond to scheduled snow operations, including overnight and early-morning deployments.

Join Our Winter Operations Team!

Turf Masters Lawn & Landscape is hiring dependable, hardworking individuals to join our professional Snow & Ice Management Team for the upcoming winter season.

We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, show up when needed, and understand the importance of keeping commercial properties, sidewalks, and pedestrian areas safe and accessible during winter weather.

No previous snow removal experience is required. We provide training.

Primary Responsibilities

• Clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, building entrances, steps, and pedestrian areas.
• Operate snow blowers, power brooms, shovels, and other snow removal equipment.
• Assist with applying ice control materials using hand spreaders and walk-behind spreaders.
• Assist with grounds maintenance, snow cleanup, and winter property services.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, construction, or snow removal experience.

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for positions requiring vehicle operation.
