Job Description

The Grounds Guys of Appleton & Oshkosh is looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team for the upcoming winter season!

This is a seasonal, on-call position with work available when winter weather requires snow and ice removal services. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to earn additional income during the winter months.

This position also has the potential to lead to continued employment in the spring and summer with our lawn maintenance and landscaping teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal and ice management services at residential and commercial properties.
• Operate snow removal equipment, including snowblowers, shovels, and other equipment as assigned.
• Apply salt and ice melt products as needed.
• Maintain safe and accessible sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and parking areas.
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work when snow events occur.
• Available for early mornings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
