Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a dependable snow removal team member to support winter operations. You will operate snowplow equipment, work outdoors in challenging conditions, and help maintain a safe site for colleagues and clients.

Responsibilities include timely snow removal, reporting to supervisors, completing job sheets, and adhering to safety policies while supporting a fast-paced, production-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive to multiple locations.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Prior experience operating snowplow equipment.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Experience in fast-paced production environments.
• Dependability and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Remove snow using a snowplow and heavy equipment for several hours at a time, depending on snowfall.
• Be available each time it snows and report to the central location or jobsite.
• Remove snow while avoiding trees, shrubs, hydrants, or sidewalks.
• Report concerns to the supervisor.
• Fill out a job sheet after each snow removal operation.
• Maintain a safe work environment by following safety policies.
• Report safety issues to the supervisor.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager.
