Job summary

American Landscape, Milwaukee, WI, is seeking hard-working individuals for Full-time or seasonal snow removal operator positions. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Pay starts at $25.00 per hour and can go up to $37.00 per hour based on experience.

Eligible for a signing bonus up to $500.00. Top pay is based on experience, and full-time benefits include 401(k), health & dental, HSA, PTO, and more.

Qualifications

• Experience required—must be able to operate one or more of the listed equipment.
• Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Working phone required to communicate with supervisor daily/nightly.

Responsibilities

• Report to work at scheduled starting time and maintain a professional appearance.
• Provide high-quality service for clients.
• Work nights and weekends depending on snow fall.
• Clock in/out using time-keeping application and communicate with supervisor.
• Inform supervisor if equipment needs repair so daily tasks can be performed.
