Job summary

American Landscape, Milwaukee, WI, is seeking hard-working individuals for Full-time or seasonal snow removal operator positions. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Pay starts at $25.00 per hour and can go up to $37.00 per hour based on experience.

Eligible for a signing bonus up to $500.00. Top pay is based on experience, and full-time benefits include 401(k), health & dental, HSA, PTO, and more.

Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Working phone required to communicate with supervisor daily/nightly.

Responsibilities

Report to work at scheduled starting time and maintain a professional appearance.

Clock in/out using time-keeping application and communicate with supervisor.
Inform supervisor if equipment needs repair so daily tasks can be performed.

Position Overview:

American Landscape is seeking individuals who are hard-working and interested in a Full-time or seasonal snow removal equipment operator positions. These individuals need to be self-motivated and able to work well independently to provide a high-quality service. The position requires a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

Qualifications:

Experience Required – Be able to operate one or more of the following: plow truck, salt truck, wheel loader, skid steer
Valid Driver’s license and a clean driving record.
A working phone is required to be able to communicate with supervisor on a daily/nightly basis.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Job type – Seasonal to Full Time

Key Functions:

The position will start in November and end at the final snow fall which tends to be the end of April. Full time employment is available upon completion of the winter season if desired.
Provide a high-quality service for our clients.
The position requires the individual to work nights and weekends depending on when the snow falls.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Report to work at scheduled starting time and provide a professional appearance.
Act professional when speaking to a customer.
Keep work area clean and looking professional which includes vehicle.
Clock in and out using our mobile time-keeping application.
Perform services to the best of your ability and ask question if there is confusion.
Equipment Service – Inform supervisor if equipment needs repair work so daily tasks can be performed.
