GroundSystems, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking Seasonal Snow Driver/Operator to join our winter operations. This part-time, temporary role requires operating company trucks, applying deicing materials, and maintaining equipment while adhering to safety guidelines.

Candidates must be 20+, have a valid license with at least 3 years of driving, be able to lift 50 lbs, speak basic English, and be available 24/7 during snow events with 1-hour on-site arrival. CDL not required but welcome.

Seasonal Snow Driver/Operator

GroundSystems is currently seeking reliable and dedicated drivers to join our Seasonal Snow Operations Team in the Cincinnati area. As a driver, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, efficient snow and ice removal services by operating company combo and sidewalk trucks throughout the winter season. This is a part-time temporary opportunity contingent on snowfall.

As a Seasonal Snow Driver, You Will

• Operate company-owned vehicles
• Apply deicing materials using machines, trucks, or manually
• Maintain and clean trucks and equipment as needed
• Follow all company and safety guidelines on every site.

Requirements

• Must be 20+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (minimum 3 years of driving experience required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in winter conditions
• Must understand and speak basic English
• Must follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE
• Available 24/7 (including holidays) during snow events and able to arrive on-site within 1 hour of dispatch
• Must use Aspire to log hours, track site activity, and submit required documentation
• CDL not required; opportunities are available for applicants with a CDL
