Job summary

GroundSystems, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Snow Driver/Operator in Northern Kentucky. This part-time, temporary role supports our winter operations by driving company trucks and delivering snow and ice removal services across sites.

You will load and operate de-icing equipment, log hours, and communicate site conditions. The position requires reliability, ability to lift 50 lbs, and readiness to work flexible hours including holidays. CDL is not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 20+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record (3+ years)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in winter conditions
• Must understand and speak basic English
• Must wear PPE and follow safety guidelines
• Available 24/7 during snow events; arrive on-site within 1 hour of dispatch
• CDL not required; CDL holders welcome

Seasonal Snow Driver/Operator

GroundSystems is currently seeking reliable and dedicated drivers to join our Seasonal Snow Operations Team in the Northern Kentuckyarea. As a driver, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, efficient snow and ice removal services by operating company combo and sidewalk trucks throughout the winter season. This is a part-time temporary opportunity contingent on snowfall.

As a Seasonal Snow Driver, you will:

• Operate company-owned vehicles
• Apply deicing materials using machines, trucks, or manually
• Maintain and clean trucks and equipment as needed
• Follow all company and safety guidelines on every site.

Requirements:

• Must be 20+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (minimum 3 years of driving experience required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in winter conditions
• Must understand and speak basic English
• Must follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE
• Available 24/7 (including holidays) during snow events and able to arrive on-site within 1 hour of dispatch
• Must use Aspire to log hours, track site activity, and submit required documentation
• CDL not required; opportunities are available for applicants with a CDL
