Job summary

GroundSystems is seeking a Seasonal Snow Driver/Operator in the Dayton area to operate company combo and sidewalk trucks during the winter season. This part-time, temporary role depends on snowfall and requires flexibility for snow events.

You will drive, apply deicing materials, and maintain trucks and equipment, following all safety guidelines and PPE requirements. CDL is not required, but CDL holders may apply; readiness for on-site arrival within one hour of dispatch is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 20+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record (minimum 3 years of driving experience).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in winter conditions.
• Must understand and speak basic English.
• Must follow all safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Available 24/7 during snow events and able to arrive on-site within 1 hour of dispatch.
• CDL not required; opportunities are available for applicants with a CDL.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned vehicles.
• Apply deicing materials using machines, trucks, or manually.
• Maintain and clean trucks and equipment as needed.
• Follow all company and safety guidelines on every site.
