LMI Colorado Landscapes is hiring Snow Removal Crew Members for seasonal, on-call work throughout the Denver Metro Area, Colorado. You will clear snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and parking lots, using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment.

Applicants should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and available for early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Prior snow removal experience is welcome but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Clear snow and ice from assigned areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other equipment.
• Apply salt, ice melt, and other deicing materials to maintain safe surfaces.
• Follow routes and complete tasks within timeframes with crew leaders.
• Monitor areas for icy conditions and safety hazards.
• Operate equipment safely and use PPE; report damage or issues.
• Maintain equipment and report mechanical issues to supervisors.
• Perform additional winter maintenance duties as assigned.

Help keep commercial properties safe and accessible by clearing snow and ice from sidewalks, walkways, entrances, parking areas, and other designated spaces. This outdoor, physically demanding role is ideal for dependable team players; previous snow removal experience is welcome but not required. Hours depend on snowfall and weather conditions, with short-notice availability needed for early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays. Extended shifts may be required during significant snow events.

Responsibilities

• Clear snow and ice from assigned areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other snow removal equipment.
• Apply salt, ice melt, and other deicing materials to maintain safe walking surfaces.
• Follow assigned routes and complete tasks within designated timeframes, working with crew leaders and teammates to service properties efficiently.
• Monitor work areas for icy conditions and other safety hazards.
• Operate equipment safely, follow company safety procedures, and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain equipment and report damage or mechanical issues to supervisors.
• Perform additional winter maintenance duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous snow removal, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in freezing temperatures, snow, and ice, including lifting up to 50 pounds and repetitive bending, lifting, and shoveling.
• Reliable transportation to assigned meeting locations or jobsites.
• Availability to report on short notice and work variable hours, including early mornings, overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts during significant snow events.
• Dependability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
