Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• For operator roles only: a valid driver's license and experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Shovel and clear snow from walkways, steps, building entrances, and areas equipment cannot reach.
• Apply salt and ice-melt to help maintain safe surfaces for pedestrians and vehicles.
• For qualified operators, operate plow trucks or skid-steers to clear commercial parking lots, driveways, and roadways.
• Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Coordinate with crew members to complete assigned areas safely, thoroughly, and efficiently.
