Green Tech Landscape, LLC in Windsor Mill, MD seeks a full-time Groundskeeper to remove snow and ice from commercial properties and maintain equipment. You will also install seasonal decorations and perform basic repairs as needed.

The role requires Saturdays and may include overtime up to 5 hours. Work is at multiple worksites with a 35-hour week, starting early in the morning.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outdoors in winter conditions.
• Saturdays required; overtime possible up to 5 hours.
• 35 hours per week with a 7:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule.

Responsabilités

• Remove snow and ice from commercial parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances using snow-removal equipment.
• Apply salt and de-icing materials before, during, and after winter events.
• Prepare, maintain and repair snow-removal equipment; install snow markers.
• Install, remove, and store seasonal decorations on commercial properties.

Job Duties:Remove snow and ice from commercial parking lots, sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and loading areas using snowplows, snow blowers, shovels, and other snow-removal equipment. Apply salt and de-icing materials before, during, and after winter weather events. Prepare, maintain, and perform basic repairs on snow-removal equipment and install snow markers at commercial properties. Install, remove, and store seasonal holiday decorations, including Christmas trees, door decorations, and decorative lights on trees and other designated areas of commercial properties.
