Qualifications

• Plow Drivers must have a valid driver's license.

Snow Plow Driver & Sidewalk Crew – Seasonal Snow Removal ($20–$40/hr + $500 Bonus)

Pay: $20–$40/hour | Season: November 1 – March 31 | Seasonal, on-call

ABOUT US

Loyal Landscaping is a fast-growing landscaping and snow management company serving commercial and residential properties across the Milwaukee metro and Waukesha County. OPEN POSITIONS

Plow Driver – $30–$40/hour

• Operate plow trucks and salters on assigned commercial routes
• Clear parking lots and drive lanes safely and completely
• Apply salt and de-icer as directed
• Report completed properties, issues, and damage to the crew lead

Sidewalk Crew – $20–$30/hou

r

• Clear sidewalks, entrances, and walkways using ride-on and walk-behind equipment, snowblowers, and shovels
• Apply ice melt to walks and entrances
• Work as part of a crew traveling between properties on a route

PAY

• Pay within each range depends on experience. Skid steer experience earns higher pay.

REQUIREMENTS

• Available on call for storms November 1 – March 31, including overnights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation to the shop
• Able to work outdoors in cold and wet conditions and lift 50 lbs (salt bags)
• Plow Drivers: valid driver's license required

SCHEDULE

• On call during snow events
• Storm shifts can be long and often start in the middle of the night
