Sugar Bowl Resort seeks motivated Race & Events Crew Team Members for the winter season, with full-time and part-time shifts. Join a team producing world-class ski races, festivals, and Sugar Bowl events, spending the day on snow, setting up courses, and supporting high-profile competitions.

Qualifications

• Advanced skiing ability across most Sugar Bowl terrain.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down race courses and venues.
• Install and remove fencing, closures, banners, and safety systems.
• Set up and operate race equipment and systems.
• Prepare start and finish areas.
• Maintain race surfaces and assist with snow prep and course hardening.
• Maintain, organize, repair, and store race equipment.
• Support races, training, festivals, and special events.
