Qualifications

• Has worked for a professional snow and ice company within the past 3 years.
• Experience operating angle plows on dump trucks, skid steers, loaders and tractors with snow blowers.
• Hoisting license is necessary if using heavy equipment.
• Valid Massachusetts driver's license is mandatory for driving trucks and equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive 'CAN DO' attitude.
• Perform pre-trip and post-storm checklists.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the site is serviced to client expectations and company standards.
• Meet opening times of site requirements.
• Ensure safe passage for tenants, owners and customers onto the property.
• Inspect site before leaving.
• Record time and materials and submit operation photos.
• Available Sunday through Saturday and varying hours during snow season.
• Work independently and be self-directed.

Responsibilities And Duties

• To ensure the site has serviced to our clients expectations as well as the company
• To meet opening times of site requirements
• Ensure that the tenants, owners and customers have safe passage onto the property
• Inspect site before you leave
• Responsible for recording time, material and submit completed operation photo's
• Must be available Sunday through Saturday and at various hours and shifts during the snow season
• Must be able to work independently and be self-directed
