Outworx Group is seeking a Snow Laborer/Shoveler in Minneapolis, MN to maintain safe, ice-free areas around high foot-traffic zones. You will shovel snow, run a snowblower, spread salt, and follow supervisor directions in a physically demanding outdoor role.
Work is 4–8 hours outdoors with gear provided. Must be able to lift 50 lbs, obtain an airport security badge, and be available Oct 1 through Apr 30, including weekends and holidays. Competitive hourly pay.

Salary Range: $30.00 To $35.00 Hourly
The Snow Laborer works with a team to keep high foot-traffic areas on the airfield safe and clear of ice/snow to allow continued airport operations. They will perform tasks that involve manual labor related to snow removal, such as shoveling and spreading snow-melting chemicals. We are looking for hardy, active people that want to move around at work and learn more about the facilities management field. Rest breaks, snacks and warming opportunities during shifts will be provided.
