Job summary

Prescription Landscape, Inc. is seeking a Snow and Ice Equipment Operator to safely operate Ventrac tractors, skid steers, and other compact equipment to clear snow and apply deicing materials on assigned sites.

You will review site maps, maintain safe clearances, document service times, and follow safety procedures. A valid driver’s license and ability to work in winter conditions, including early mornings and weekends, are required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Ventrac tractors, skid steers, compact tractors, or similar equipment.
• Ability to follow site maps, hazard notes, and safety instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned compact equipment to plow, broom, stack, or relocate snow and apply deicing materials.
• Review site maps and prioritize service before starting work.
• Maintain safe clearances from pedestrians, vehicles, and structures and use a spotter when required.
• Complete detail passes and support other crews as needed.
• Report changes in conditions or deviations from the plan promptly.
