Job summary

Winter Park Resort in Colorado is seeking a Grounds Operator to perform snow removal, grounds maintenance and parking lot care using skid steers, loaders, and trucks.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to work outdoors in cold temperatures, and good customer service; candidates must be able to work four 10-hour days, including weekends and holidays, with on-call snow removal.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or desirable.
• Experience with outdoor grounds, landscaping and snow removal preferred.
• Ability to work four 10-hour days/week including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal with heavy equipment and shovels.
• Maintain roads, parking lots and walkways in good condition.
• Operate skid steers, loaders, dump trucks and shuttle buses.
• Inspect and perform routine maintenance on equipment daily.
• Assist guests, respond to needs and provide safety-first service.
• Complete safety logs and participate in training sessions.
