Premier Therapy is hiring a Full-Time Rehab Tech in Wooster, Ohio. This entry-level role requires no degree and focuses on assisting therapy professionals to improve residents’ mobility and quality of life.

You’ll support daily operations, transport residents, prepare spaces, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment while learning valuable healthcare skills from experienced therapists.

Qualifications

• No college degree required.

• Comfort with standing and walking during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists with nonclinical support during treatment sessions.
• Safely transport residents to and from therapy areas.
• Prepare treatment spaces and ensure equipment is clean and ready for use.
• Assist with resident positioning, mobility and transfers as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe therapy environment.
• Organize and restock therapy supplies and equipment.
• Communicate resident observations to therapy professionals.
• Complete assigned documentation and daily support tasks.
• Help create a positive experience for residents receiving rehabilitation services.

What You'll Do as a Rehab Tech

As a Full-Time Rehab Tech, you'll play an important role in supporting our rehabilitation team and helping daily therapy operations run smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists with nonclinical support during treatment sessions.

• Safely transport residents to and from therapy areas as directed.

• Prepare treatment spaces and ensure therapy equipment is clean, organized, and ready for use.

• Assist with resident positioning, mobility, and transfers as directed and within your training and role.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming therapy environment.

• Organize and restock therapy supplies and equipment.

• Communicate resident observations and concerns to the appropriate therapy professionals.

• Complete assigned documentation and daily support tasks accurately.

• Help create a positive and encouraging experience for residents receiving rehabilitation services.
