Premier Therapy in Newcomerstown, Ohio is seeking a Full-Time Rehabilitation Technician to join our therapy team. No college degree is required, and you will support therapists and help residents on their road to recovery.

What You'll Do

As a Rehab Tech, you'll be an important part of our therapy department, helping keep daily operations organized, efficient, and welcoming for residents.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assist therapists with preparing treatment areas, equipment, and supplies.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment.

• Support residents with nonclinical activities and mobility assistance as directed and permitted by facility policy.

• Assist with transporting residents to and from therapy sessions as appropriate.

• Clean and maintain therapy equipment according to safety and infection-control procedures.

• Provide general support to the rehabilitation team to help daily operations run smoothly.

• Encourage residents with a friendly, positive, and compassionate attitude.

You’ll support the therapy team without independently providing skilled therapy services.
