Job summary

Qualifications

• Current professional license in PT, OT, PTA, COTA, or SLP.
• Minimum of 5 years of SNF or similar post-acute rehab experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to support day-to-day department operations and escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Must perform clinical duties within the scope of licensure/certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to PT, OT, PTA, COTA, and SLP staff.
• Coordinate daily therapy schedules, caseloads, coverage, and staffing needs.
• Promote communication and teamwork within the rehab department and with interdisciplinary teams.
• Support documentation, productivity, scheduling, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, training, mentoring, and ongoing support of rehab staff.
• Participate in department meetings, quality initiatives, and process improvements.
