Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team in a SNF setting. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans of care, and set measurable functional goals to promote recovery and independence.

Collaborate with facility staff, educate patients and families about progress and expected outcomes, complete timely documentation, and supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure consistent, high-quality care.

• Evaluating new patients, developing plans of care and setting measurable, functional goals
• Treating patients, answering their concerns and educating them on their injury, progress and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluating patient progress, revising plans of care and resetting goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations discharges and daily progress notes
• Supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants
