Qualifications

• Supervises environmental services and manages staff in a center setting.
• Knowledge of laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred but trainable.
• HVAC experience and maintenance procedures required or preferred.
• Experience in long-term care settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervises maintenance and environmental services staff and manages budgets and records.
• Implements preventive maintenance and keeps documentation up to date.
• Maintains center profile and records of parts, materials, and fuel.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs per regulations and codes.
• Coordinates with residents, nurses, physicians and staff; follow-up on requests.
