Job summary

Centra Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed in California or in process to obtain licensure for work in SNF/LTC settings. This is a contract position with a 5x8 days schedule and responsibility for quality care within the organization’s mission.

Minimum requirements include 1 year of PTA experience in SNF/LTC and a current CA PTA license. The role offers mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, and benefits through Centra’s local contracts

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent PTA experience, preferably in SNF/LTC.
• Current PTA license in the state of California or in the process of obtaining it.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services to patients in SNF/LTC settings.
• Collaborate with physical therapists and nursing staff to implement treatment plans.
• Document patient care and maintain compliance with state licensing.
