Job summary

SNIPES USA is seeking a Head Manager for its Warren, AR store to oversee daily operations, lead a store team, and drive sales targets. This full-time hourly role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and executing company standards in a fast-paced streetwear environment.

You will schedule staff, manage visual merchandising, payroll, and collaborate with district leadership to ensure store performance and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2+ years of previous experience as a retail manager.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus but not required.
• Ability to respond to store alarm problems as needed.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results and take initiative.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Communicate store goals to maximize team contributions toward the sales plan.
• Complete schedules, tasks, visual merchandising and adhere to timelines.
• Manage payroll budget without compromising customer expectations.
• Collaborate with District Manager and HR on associate relations concerns.
• Lead store meetings and open dialogue to share best practices.
• Build and lead a high-performing team delivering sales and profit.
• Provide honest leadership, fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Coach and develop individuals and teams for growth.
• Identify succession opportunities and develop capabilities.
• Address underperformance with constructive feedback.
