SNIPES USA is seeking a part-time cashier to manage point-of-sale transactions, stock replenishment, and store appearance while delivering excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates are 18+, able to stand for long periods, lift 15-30 lbs, and work weekends/holidays. The role emphasizes teamwork, brand representation, and adherence to grooming standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals.
• Achieve or exceed all established goals including sales, hourly productivity, ADS, UPT, and other KPIs.
• Use selling skills and customer service standards as trained.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent service.
• Participate in all contests, promotions, and incentives; contribute to store achievements.
• Meet company appearance and grooming standards.
• Maintain awareness of promotions; handle multiple customers and tasks; print tags promptly.
• Understand and communicate customer needs to Store Management when assortment meets or misses demand.
