Job summary

SNIPES is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Cashier to handle transactions at POS, assist with stock replenishment, and maintain store appearance. You will interact with customers, participate in promotions, and support team goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Ideal candidates are 18+, detail-oriented, reliable for varied shifts including weekends, and comfortable standing for long periods while lifting 15-30 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Must present a neat appearance and personal grooming.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding all established store and individual goals.
• Achieve or exceed all established goals, including sales, hourly productivity, ADS, UPT, conversion, charge accounts and brand contests.
• Have working knowledge of selling skills and customer service standards per company training.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers through a friendly attitude and excellent service.
• Participate in contests, promotions, and sales incentive programs; contribute to store achievements.
• Maintain appearance, performance, knowledge and personal grooming per standards.
• Stay aware of active promotions; handle multiple customers and tasks; print merchandise tags promptly.
• Understand customer needs and communicate with Store Management when assortment meets or misses local needs.
• Ensure merchandise control and daily cash wrap as directed.
• Demonstrate professionalism when dealing with customers; answer calls in a friendly and professional manner.
