Job summary

Foot Locker in California is seeking Sales Associates to join our frontline team. You’ll connect with customers, share sneaker culture, and help shoppers find the right styles while delivering a high-energy store experience.

You’ll assist with head-to-toe looks, handle daily store tasks, restock, and keep the floor clean. You’ll also learn products and participate in coaching to grow with the Foot Locker brand.

Qualifications

• Able to talk with customers and help them find products.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help create a fun store experience.
• Assist customers with footwear and apparel selections and add-ons.
• Drive sales by sharing product knowledge and recommendations.
• Pack and ship online orders and ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain store visuals and cleanliness to keep the store ready.
