The Sales Associate is responsible for stock and replenishment, assisting customers, meeting brand standards, and participating in promotions to drive sales. Flexible shifts including weekends are required; candidates must be at least 16, be able to stand for long periods, and lift 15–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed established goals. These include sales, hourly productivity, average dollar sale, units per transaction, conversion, and contests.
• Participate in promotions and sales incentive programs.
• Use selling skills and customer service standards from training.
• Develop relationships with customers through friendly service and answer the phone professionally.
• Maintain store appearance and operations.
• Follow visual merchandising standards and keep fixtures filled.
• Assist with markdowns and complete work within deadlines.
• Follow security policies and detect theft.
• Watch for shortages by prompt customer service and reporting theft.
