Foot Locker in Estero is seeking a Sales Associate to bring sneaker culture to life on the floor, helping customers find the right styles and building head-to-toe looks.

You’ll drive sales by sharing product knowledge, preparing footwear and apparel, and packaging online orders for timely delivery. Expect a fast-paced, energetic environment with flexible hours, teamwork, and a passion for footwear.

Qualifications

• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and add-ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
