Job summary

Snarfburger Boulder is hiring, seeking energetic team members to prepare burgers and sides to Snarf’s recipes while delivering friendly, efficient service. You will greet customers, take orders, handle transactions, and assist guests with the Snarf’s app and promotions in a fast-paced cafe setting.

We offer flexible scheduling with part-time (minimum 14 hours) and full-time (minimum 30 hours) shifts, including weekends and holidays, plus growth opportunities and perks like a free employee meal

Qualifications

• Previous experience in culinary or food industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
• Comfortable with bussing tasks, food prep and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble burgers and sides according to menu guidelines.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service.
• Take accurate orders, handle cash and process payments efficiently.
• Assist customers with the Snarf’s app for points or purchases and promote specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment.
