Snarf's Sandwiches in Dillon, CO is hiring a Prepper to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will prepare sandwiches and salads, assist customers, handle orders and payments, and help promote menu items while upholding food safety standards.

The role offers full-time or part-time hours with weekly scheduling flexibility and opportunities for growth within the company. Prior food service experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the culinary or food industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach to service.
• Comfortable with bussing tasks, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Knowledge of basic math for measuring ingredients and processing orders accurately.
• Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team in a dynamic cafe setting.
• Prior experience in a grocery store or similar food service environment is beneficial.

• Answer phone calls, take to-go orders, and assist in promoting menu items and specials.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and ensure proper handling of ingredients throughout food preparation.
• Demonstrate basic math skills for order accuracy and cash handling.
• Embrace flexibility in scheduling, with availability for both part-time (minimum 14 hours) and full-time (minimum 30 hours) shifts, including weekends and holidays.
