  • Serve as the primary contact for clients enrolled in SNAP.
  • Connect families with community resources and advocate for them.

Skills

Experience with children with externalizing behaviors
Ability to navigate online databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, sociology, psychology or related field
