Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate participant services and develop individualized education and career plans.
• Process referrals from SNAP E&T Central Office weekly.
• Maintain accurate, current, and secure participant files and case documentation.
• Monitor participant progress, document outcomes, and follow up as needed.
• Prepare and submit required reports and documentation on time.
• Communicate program concerns to the Director of Adult Education and staff.
