Job summary

Mars Snacking Finance Internship is a 10-week summer program in Chicago that offers hands-on exposure to analytics, finance processes, and cross-functional collaboration. Interns will build skills in data storytelling, analysis, and project ownership while working with senior leaders.

Successful interns may join the Mars Finance Leadership Experience (MFLE) program after graduation. A competitive salary and benefits package, plus mentorship and Mars University training, are provided.

Qualifications

• Majoring in Finance, Accounting or related business fields.
• Agile mindset with drive for results and ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness to relocate to the site of the role.
• Open to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Pass drug & background screening as required.
• Prior analytics coursework or internship is a plus.

• Support finance teams by driving analytics initiatives and digital tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on project-based assignments with visibility to leadership.
