Job summary

Mars, Incorporated offers a 10–11 week summer internship in Snacking Strategic Sales in Chicago. You will work on a real business objective from start to finish, engaging in strategic planning, execution, and customer interactions to amplify our confection brands for shoppers and consumers.

Eligible students are those interning the summer before their final graduation date and authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Curious students with high drive, a desire to learn, and who value relationship-building.
• Students who are passionate about Sales & Marketing and the CPG industry.
• Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date.

Responsibilities

• Join a team of collaborative, motivated sales associates and own a business objective from start to finish.
• This may include elements of strategic planning, execution, or working with customers, all focused on amplifying our iconic confection brands for shoppers and consumers.
• You will participate in engagement activities, learn about other Demand areas of the business, and engage with senior stakeholders.
