Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Territory Coverage Associate to support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory. You will ensure execution standards, brand visibility, and safe, compliant operations in stores.

You will travel within the assigned markets, lift and move products, and collaborate with store personnel to uphold Mondelēz’s expectations and promotional plans. A strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of retail or consumer goods experience preferred.
• Live inside the geographic boundaries of the team.
• Flexible schedule including weekends; ability to travel.
• Ability to perform physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs.).

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores with professionalism and execution excellence.
• Serve as field partner delivering strong customer service to store teams.
• Execute daily coverage and document execution with photos.
• Implement promotional displays and maintain brand visibility.
• Follow schedules to ensure territory coverage and priorities.
• Assist with seasonal transitions and new product launches.
• Build relationships with store personnel to support smooth execution.
• Support onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers.
• Develop leadership skills for future management roles.
• Stay safe and compliant with all company policies and vehicle rules.
