Dieffenbach’s Snacks is seeking a Route Sales Representative to deliver snacks to local stores, build relationships with store teams and expand product placement across the York County, PA, and Harford County, MD markets.

You will plan efficient routes, ensure shelves are stocked and displays are eye-catching, and actively grow sales while maintaining accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Love the open road and interacting with people.
• Some sales or delivery experience is a plus, food experience preferred.
• Organized, self-driven and able to hustle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Dieffenbach’s snacks to local grocery stores, convenience shops, and more.
• Build relationships with store teams and customers to grow shelf presence and sales.
• Plan efficient routes, keep vehicle clean, ensure product freshness and proper display.
• Log sales, deliveries and customer interactions accurately.
