The Inspection and transfer of finished product into proper containers, along with maintaining GMPs, HACCP, and sanitation practices, defines the essential work on the packaging line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related experience is optional.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, SOPs and sanitation practices.

Responsabilités

• Shape dough into pretzels by hand.
• Move finished product into containers in correct quantities.
• Adhere to safety regulations and assist with related duties.
• Maintain carton stock for packaging line.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Follow company safety rules.
• Inspect materials and containers at each packaging step.
• Report deficiencies affecting product quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
