Job summary

Mondelez International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer in Plainfield, IN. You will stock shelves, build displays, and ensure products are available across stores, while serving as the face of the brand to store teams and customers.

Role involves daily store visits, using Salesforce on an iPad, and coordination with RTM. Requires a valid driver’s license, physical capability for lifting, and a high school diploma or GED. Open availability and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage.
• Physical requirements: lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasional 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
