Dream Golf operates a snack bar on-site and seeks attendants to prepare and serve snacks, beverages, and hot items while maintaining a clean, organized service area.

You will greet guests, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure quality, fresh offerings. The role requires dependable availability for multiple shifts and exacting guest service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old by start date.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Learn2Serve training for alcohol service, food handling, and tobacco within 30 days.
• Experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality preferred.
• Clear written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily snack bar operations, including setup, service, cleanup and closing tasks.
• Greet guests promptly and provide courteous service.
• Prepare and serve snacks and beverages, rotate items for quality and freshness.
• Accurately handle cash and card transactions and end-of-shift reporting.
• Maintain inventory, restock supplies and report shortages.
• Keep snack bar and surrounding area clean and organized during shifts.
• Address guest questions and involve supervisor when needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support overall Food & Beverage operations as needed.

Position Summary

• The Snack Bar Attendant supports on-course food and beverage operations by preparing and serving snacks and beverages while providing friendly, attentive service and keeping the snack bar organized and ready for service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Support daily snack bar operations through setup, service, clean-up, and closing tasks as assigned.
• Greet guests promptly and provide courteous, guest-focused service.
• Prepare and serve snacks and beverages, including grilling and rotating items such as hot dogs and brats to maintain quality and freshness.
• Accurately handle cash and card transactions, including end‑shift cash handling and reporting as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
• Keep the snack bar, equipment, and surrounding service areas clean, organized, and ready for service throughout the shift.
• Respond to guest questions or concerns and involve a supervisor when appropriate.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible service expectations at all times.
• Support overall Food & Beverage operations as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old by the first day of employment.

• High school diploma preferred.
• Completion of Learn2Serve training for alcohol service, food handling, and tobacco prior to or within 30 days of employment.
• Previous Food & Beverage or hospitality experience preferred.
• Clear and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to problem‑solve and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Minimum availability of three full eight‑hour shifts per week, including either Saturday or Sunday, with flexibility based on operational needs.
