Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a team member to assist guests with food and beverage selections, handle payments, and help maintain clean, high-quality service at Champions Retreat in Evans, GA. You will ensure alcohol safety, support cart operations, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience across the course and facilities.

Ideal candidates will bring willingness to learn, strong communication, and prior customer service experience, with flexible schedules and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Willing to learn and adapt in a guest-facing role.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience in service industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections and make recommendations.
• Take payments for beverages and snacks following cash procedures.
• Ensure alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to anyone under 21.
• Maintain beverage and snack quality and cleanliness of cart, snack bar, and course facilities.
• Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures.

On The Job

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections: make recommendations, inform of current specials, promote food and beverage products
• Take payments for beverages and snacks utilizing prescribed cash procedures
• Ensure the alcoholic beverages are not dispenses to people under the age of 21
• Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards, and contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities
• Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures
