Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a friendly Team Member at The Country Club of the South in Johns Creek, GA. You will assist guests with food and beverage selections, promote offerings, and ensure smooth service on the cart and in the snack bar.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and grow in a guest-focused role.
• Excellent communication skills when engaging with guests.
• Customer service experience preferred in hospitality or retail.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections, make recommendations, inform of specials.
• Take payment for beverages and snacks using prescribed cash procedures.
• Ensure alcohol is not dispensed to anyone under 21.
• Maintain beverage and snack quality, service standards, and cleanliness of cart and snack bar.
• Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures.

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections: make recommendations, inform of current specials, promote food and beverage products and services
• Takes payment for beverages and snacks utilizing prescribed cash procedures
• Ensure that alcoholic beverages are not dispensed to people under the age of 21
• Maintains beverage and snack quality and service standards, and contributes to overall cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities
• Perform cart set up and breakdown procedures
